Hey friend — I’m Sarah, the designer behind Belew Oak 👋
This little corner of the internet is where I share helpful tips for building a better website, honest thoughts on running a business, and the occasional client glow-up that still makes me happy cry.
Whether you’re DIY-ing your site, eyeing a template, or ready to fully outsource — there’s something here for you.

Welcome to my space
Behind every polished website is a lot of back-end magic. From content collection to launch day, the right web design tools make things easier—for both me and my clients.
If you’re curious about the tools I use to make the process smooth, strategic, and stress-free, here’s a peek behind the screens.
First up: Notion. It’s my favorite of all the web design tools I use for client organization. Every project has its own dashboard where you’ll find your timeline, homework, meeting notes, and more—all in one place.
When it comes to intake forms, onboarding, and contracts, I use Tally or JotForm. These web design tools let me customize the client experience while keeping things simple on your end.
ThriveCart is what I use for all payment processing. Whether you’re doing a one-time payment or a split-pay setup, it’s super easy to use and creates a smooth checkout experience.
All of my design work happens on Showit. It’s hands-down my favorite of all web design tools for actually building websites. It’s drag-and-drop, mobile-friendly, and easy for you to update when we’re done.
Sometimes it’s just easier to show you instead of typing it all out. I use Loom to record quick video updates, feedback, and training walkthroughs so you always know what’s going on—even when we’re not on a call.
Every part of my workflow is built around intentional, easy-to-use web design tools. They help me stay organized, support you better, and make the whole process feel way less overwhelming.
